Senior portrait location series

There are a lot of great parks in Ann Arbor, and Gallup park is one of them! Located outside of downtown, it is less fields and tall grasses and more bridges, trees, and docks. It’s a location that has water, but it’s not water you can get into. They have a doc that they use for boat rentals, kayak launch, and tubes. There is a large wood bridge and a couple other smaller ones as well as a building that is nice to use for some vareity at your shoot. A short drive leads you to a children’s play area, a pond, paved walking paths and a pedestrain bridge.

• You want nature, but with some structures and points of interest
• You like water
• Easy parking since it’s outside of downtown
• This park tends to have lots of geese, which means goose poop. Consider yourself warned.
