Graduation is a huge milestone, and I’m excited to say that I offer mini cap and gown sessions! It’s the only type of mini session I offer. Solo or with a group of friends! After years of studying, late nights, and everything in between, you deserve to celebrate!

A cap and gown session gives you photos to look back on, share with family and friends, and use for graduation announcements or thank-you cards. It’s also a great opportunity to get a professional headshot for Linkedin and your near job searching/career goals!

These mini sessions are quick, relaxed, and all about capturing your personality. Here’s what you can expect:
A Great Location: Whether you want iconic U of M spots like the Law Quad or the Big House, or prefer something more scenic, we’ll find the perfect backdrop.
A Mix of Posed & Candid Shots: We’ll get the classic cap-and-gown portraits but also capture fun, natural moments that show off your personality.
Short & Sweet: Mini sessions last 30-45 minutes (depending on which you choose) —just enough time for a variety of shots without taking up your whole day.
Bring Friends if You Want! You can book a solo session or include friends for some group shots.
Bonus: Since you’re dressed and looking good, we can grab a headshot for you!

• Make Sure Your Gown Looks Good: Give it a quick steam or iron so it’s wrinkle-free.
• Dress Nicely Under Your Gown: I recommend you wear what you will on graduation day. We might take a few shots without it, so wear something you love!
• A Little Hair & Makeup Goes a Long Way: Just a bit of extra effort can make your photos pop.
